The group XODIAC maximized the surreal fantastic atmosphere by releasing the AI version of the music video of its fourth single “Alibi”, titled “Alibi: Moonlight Blood Alliance”.
In the AI music video “Alibi: Moonlight Blood Alliance”, the scenes unfold like a fantasy film: horsemen galloping, battles against dragons, and warriors walking through ruins. Shots where gigantic wings unfold behind the members or where they use magic add depth to the universe and naturally harmonize with the song.
“Alibi” is a hybrid pop track combining powerful bass and mysterious synth sounds. The song dramatically explores the emotions of truth and lie, temptation and salvation, around the message “Love sometimes becomes a perfect alibi.” The tense development and delicate vocals of the song match the fantastic narrative and the dark and mysterious atmosphere of the AI clip, consolidating the overall concept.
During its previous activities in the unit (X Unit), XODIAC had used AI technology based on Google VEO3 for “To you”, and for “Alibi”, the use of AI was extended. In addition to the live music video of “Alibi”, the group used Kling technology (personalized AI avatar service) to fully produce the AI clip, thus elevating the production method to a new level.
In particular, the final scene of the live clip shows the nine members entering an AI virtual world, while in the AI clip, the same nine members return to reality. These two videos combine to form a single narrative.
The prince and warrior concept in the AI world will also be staged during upcoming televised music performances. In particular, the outfits appearing in the AI clip were reproduced during the performance on the 21st on KBS2 “Music Bank”. Future performances will also integrate the AI universe in staging and styling, offering an extended performance where AI and reality naturally combine.
Fans expressed their enthusiasm with comments such as “It really looks like a movie” and “I’ve never seen visuals like this”, increasing the anticipation for these performances.
