The group NEWBEAT captivated fans worldwide with an intense band-style live performance.
On November 27, the group NEWBEAT (Park Minseok, Hong Minsung, Jeon Yeoyeojeong, Choi Seohyun, Kim Taeyang, Jo Yunhu and Kim Riwoo) released a live band version video of the double title track from their first mini-album “LOUDER THAN EVER”, “Look so good”, on the YouTube channel “It’s Live“.
In the video, NEWBEAT intensified the captivating and bold atmosphere of “Look so good” with a live band arrangement. Over refreshing guitar riffs and drum sounds, the members demonstrated vocal stability and explosive singing power.
Additionally, NEWBEAT maximized the realism of “It’s Live“ through impressive facial expressions, relaxed stage control, and flawless performances despite the live setting. The group conveyed extra charm, illustrating the song’s message: “Let’s love ourselves more and show our confidence on stage.”
“Look so good”, released on the 6th, evokes the retro pop R&B sensibility of the early 2000s. Since its release, the song has reached 1st place in the Kpop category, 2nd place in the Pop category, and 5th place overall on the U.S. iTunes Music Video chart. On the weekly YouTube Music chart in Korea, it ranked 81st, entering the TOP 100 for the first time and attracting attention. Thanks to these results, NEWBEAT recently won its first rookie award at the 17th Seoul Success Awards 2025.
On November 28 at 5:05 PM KST, NEWBEAT will appear on KBS 2TV Music Bank, where they will perform “Look So Good” as well as the other double title track “Loud”, continuing their activities.
