The group TWS expressed deep sorrow for the victims of the Hong Kong fire and made a donation for reconstruction.

On November 28, TWS stated on Weibo:
“We are all deeply saddened by this tragedy in Hong Kong. Therefore, on behalf of TWS and our fandom 42, we have decided to donate 500,000 HKD (approximately 58 thousand euros) to the Hong Kong Red Cross.”
The group added: “We extend our sincerest condolences to all those affected by this incident. We also express our respect to those working on-site for rescue operations. We pray for the repose of the deceased and for the speedy recovery of the injured survivors.”
According to local media such as the Hong Kong Daily, on November 26 at 2:52 PM local time, a major fire broke out in the 32-story residential complex Wing Fuk Court in the Tai Po district of northern Hong Kong. The fire was brought under control after 43 hours but resulted in 94 deaths and 76 injuries. The census of the approximately 200 initially missing persons is still ongoing.
In response to this tragedy, Korean entertainment agencies quickly expressed their willingness to contribute. The parent company of TWS’s agency, PLEDIS under HYBE MUSIC GROUP, also made a total donation of 500 million KRW on behalf of its six APAC labels: APEX, BIG HIT MUSIC, BELIEF LAB, SOURCE MUSIC, PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT, KOZ ENTERTAINMENT, and ADORE. The funds will be used with nonprofit organizations in Hong Kong to support the families of the fire victims.
