ATBO is parting ways with its agency.
On December 17, IST ENTERTAINMENT announced: “After long and sincere discussions with the members, we have decided to terminate the exclusive contract with ATBO.”
IST ENTERTAINMENT added: “We carefully considered each member’s current and future situation, their activity plans, dreams, goals, and growth potential. Above all, we felt that respecting the artists’ wishes and supporting their individual futures was the best decision. JEONG SEUNG HWAN, currently serving in the military, also participated in the discussions, reflecting deeply on the team, the members, and the fans. We look forward to the members’ new beginnings and will support them warmly from afar, so they can shine even brighter.”
ATBO is a six-member group under IST ENTERTAINMENT that debuted in July 2022. The group was formed through the reality show “THE ORIGIN – A, B, O WHAT” on MBN. Since then, they have participated in JTBC’s “PEAK TIME” and Mnet’s “ROAD TO KINGDOM: ACE OF ACE“. Last May, SEOK RAK WON left the group, reducing it from seven to six members.
