HYOJUNG of OH MY GIRL was recognized as a representative DJ of KBS.
HYOJUNG received the DJ of the Year award at the 2025 KBS Entertainment Awards held on December 20. Since last November, HYOJUNG has been serving as the DJ of KBS CoolFM “OH MY GIRL HYOJUNG’s Turn Up the Volume” and has shared her positive energy with listeners, achieving great success.
Additionally, as the regular MC of KBS2 “Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant”, HYOJUNG attended the ceremony with the Fun-Staurant team and is considered the next major figure to lead both variety and radio sectors of KBS.
After receiving the DJ of the Year award at the 2025 KBS Entertainment Awards, HYOJUNG stated:
“As the DJ of Turn Up, there have been so many things I’m grateful for. It makes me feel like I’m sharing daily life with the listeners, as if I’ve found a friend, and it comforts me.”
She then thanked the staff and listeners: “If OH MY GIRL didn’t exist, I wouldn’t be here. I also thank the members and the fans.”
A member of the famous Korean girl group OH MY GIRL and active in variety, radio, and musicals, HYOJUNG raises high expectations for her upcoming activities. Her show “OH MY GIRL HYOJUNG’s Turn Up the Volume” airs daily from 20:00 to 22:00 on KBS CoolFM (FM 89.1 MHz for the Seoul area) and on the KBS Kong and KBS Plus radio apps, while the KBS2 show “Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant” airs every Friday at 20:30 KST.
