Singer BAEKHO enlists in the military to fulfill his mandatory military service.

On December 29, BAEKHO will enter the Nonsan training center in Chungcheongnam-do Province to undergo basic military training before serving as an active duty soldier in the army. No official ceremony will be held on the day of his enlistment.
His agency stated: “We ask fans to continue to warmly support BAEKHO and provide him with consistent encouragement until the day he returns safely after completing his military service.”
BAEKHO debuted in 2012 as part of the group NU’EST. He later participated in the Mnet program “PRODUCE 101” in 2017. Although he was not selected for the final group, he gained significant popularity through the program and was active with NU’EST and the unit NU’EST W.
After the group’s disbandment in 2020, he became a solo singer and achieved great success with the remake of PARK JINYOUNG’s hit “Elevator”. Last year, he appeared on stage in the musical “Marie Antoinette”, and this year, he appeared on the Channel A program “We Travel for You”. Recently, he also participated in the entertainment show “Health Farmer”.
Even on the day of his enlistment, BAEKHO maintained a busy schedule. On December 29, he appeared on the MBC FM4U program “Good Morning FM”.
