LEE DONG YEOL
Former UP10TION member LEE DONG YEOL is set to begin his mandatory military service.
His agency, PA ENTERTAINMENT, recently announced on its official social media channels:
“Artist LEE DONG YEOL will temporarily depart on February 9, 2026, to fulfill his military duty in South Korea. All the love and support you have sent so far have been a great strength and will remain precious feelings to help him through the time ahead.”
The agency specified that the enlistment will take place privately for security reasons and requested fans: “We kindly ask that you refrain from coming to the site. We would appreciate your silent support from your places so that your warm feelings reach LEE DONG YEOL.” They added: “We hope he will return in good health so that this brief separation turns into an even stronger reunion.”
Born in 1998, LEE DONG YEOL debuted in 2015 as a member of UP10TION under the stage name XIAO. In 2024, he began using his real name for his solo activities. Last year, he appeared in dramas such as “My secret vampire?”.
