The virtual idol group PLAVE has ramped up the fervor for its comeback by unveiling a pre-release song via a mission accomplished with fans.
PLAVE recently conducted a participatory event for fans via its official promotion webpage. This event was structured so that fans participated as “secret agents” to collect “starshards” through a mini-game, a reward being unveiled once the target score was reached.
Started last March 28 at noon KST, this mission progressed quickly thanks to the active participation of fans, succeeding in reaching the target score on the 1st around 5:30 PM.
As a reward, the pre-release song “흥흥흥” (feat. SOLE) from the fourth mini-album “CALIGO PT.2” was revealed exclusively.
This track captivates the eye with its sensual sound and a video with a sparkling and adorable atmosphere, different from previously unveiled concepts. By encapsulating the unique universe of PLAVE, it sparks a burning reaction from fans immediately after its publication. The sound source is expected to be officially released on the 3rd at 6 PM via music sites.
In particular, this event takes on its full meaning by going beyond a simple content publication, since fans directly participated to produce this result. It is evaluated as having further strengthened the organic connection between the universe of PLAVE and the fandom.
PLAVE had already built up expectation for its comeback by sequentially unveiling various concept photos. While the official countdown for the comeback began with the publication of this pre-release song, attention is also focused on the content to be released.
Furthermore, to commemorate the release of the album, PLAVE will organize from the 8th to the 19th the “PLAVE 4TH MINI ALBUM ‘CALIGO PT.2’ POP-UP STORE IN THE HYUNDAI SEOUL” at the Sounds Forest of The Hyundai Seoul in Seoul. Composed of a spatial staging reflecting the concept of the album and various content, it is expected to offer original entertainment to fans.
PLAVE proved its strong musical power by releasing its second single album “PLBBUU” last November. Then, the “2025 PLAVE ASIA TOUR DASH: QUANTUM LEAP ENCORE”, which was held on the 21st and 22nd of the same month at the Gocheok SKY DOME in Seoul, was sold out for both days, successfully ending the first Asian tour since debut.
