The hip-hop group DYNAMIC DUO (Gaeko, Choiza) made a donation to support the association THE SNAIL OF LOVE.
The non-profit association THE SNAIL OF LOVE (President Lee Haeng Hui), which supports hearing-impaired people, announced on April 21 that DYNAMIC DUO and AMOEBA CULTURE donated 30 million won, from the profits of their concert, to help hearing-impaired children and adolescents regain their hearing.
This donation will be transmitted where it is necessary so that hearing-impaired children, who risk missing the moment of being able to hear due to economic difficulties, do not see the moment of their first meeting with the sounds of the world delayed further.
This donation from DYNAMIC DUO is of particular importance because it is not a one-off act, but a sharing that has deepened over a long-established relationship. Their link with THE SNAIL OF LOVE dates back to 2013, and they have regularly participated in various activities in addition to donations. They took to the stage as guests for a regular concert of a clarinet ensemble for a talent donation, and contributed to the improvement of the perception of hearing disorders by participating in initiatives such as the “SORIMOA CAMPAIGN”.
This sharing goes beyond the good deed of the artists and is situated in the extension of the “positive influence” perpetuated within the flow of donations initiated by the agency AMOEBA CULTURE and its former representative, the late Ko Gyeong Min. In particular, the representative Choi Gyu Sang succeeds to these values of sharing and concretizes through acts the positive influence of artists connected to society through music.
The President of THE SNAIL OF LOVE, Lee Haeng Hui, stated: “I deeply thank DYNAMIC DUO and AMOEBA CULTURE for this path of sharing that they have been building together for a long time”, adding: “I hope that their warm influence will be the opportunity to offer sound to even more children”.
Furthermore, DYNAMIC DUO and its agency AMOEBA CULTURE offer sound to hearing-impaired people by donating each year the profits from their concerts to THE SNAIL OF LOVE.
