The “School Band” from “STEEL HEART CLUB” will make its official debut in August under the name SPLAYIT.
According to LM ENTERTAINMENT on July 6, SPLAYIT is accelerating its final preparations with the goal of making its official debut in August.
SPLAYIT is a new 5-member band composed of vocalist YOON CHAN, drummer EUN BIN, keyboardist KYUNG UK, guitarist AYDN, and bassist EUNCHAN. The members gathered as the “School Band” on the show “STEEL HEART CLUB” broadcast last year, receiving praise from viewers by showing solid skills, a fresh and refreshing vibe, as well as close teamwork.
The group’s name, SPLAYIT, is a compound word of “Splay” (unfold) and “Play it” (play), expressing the intention to unfold each person’s personality and passion through music. The five members plan to bring new energy to the K-band scene by relying on a band sound of high perfection and their teamwork.
In parallel, SPLAYIT‘s first profile image lifted the veil. In the photo, all members undergo a radical transformation with blonde hair, leaving a striking first impression, while raising expectations for their official debut thanks to an even more mature visual and a style full of personality.
SPLAYIT benefits from LM ENTERTAINMENT handling all management for its debut and activities, while KAKAO ENTERTAINMENT contributes by participating in the album production process.
Furthermore, SPLAYIT plans to start its official countdown to its debut by sequentially unveiling various promotional contents in the future.
