The group ILLIT will appear for the third consecutive year on Fuji TV’s year-end music show “FNS Music Festival” in Japan.

According to its agency BELIFT LAB on November 3, ILLIT will take the stage on the first day of the “2026 FNS Music Festival”, which will be broadcast next December 2. Started in 1974, the “FNS Music Festival” is one of the most representative year-end music shows in Japan.
ILLIT will participate in the year-end “FNS Music Festival” for the third consecutive year since 2024, even before its official debut in Japan. Including this year’s summer special broadcast, this marks its fourth appearance.
The group also consistently achieves excellent results on Japanese music charts. Their debut song “Magnetic” received Triple Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan this year for surpassing 300 million cumulative streams. The original Japanese song “Almond chocolate” also surpassed 100 million streams, earning Platinum certification.
“It’s me”, released last April, ranked 9th on Oricon’s weekly streaming chart as of November 2, and 13th on Billboard Japan’s “Hot 100” as of October 28. Their 2nd Japanese single “I GOT YOUR BACK” surpassed 100,000 shipped copies in 3 days of sales, receiving Gold certification.
Concert activities also continue. ILLIT sold out all dates of its first Japanese tour “PRESS START♥︎”, gathering around 60,000 spectators. Next December, the group plans to hold another concert at LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
Meanwhile, the title track “Arrest” from their 5th mini-album released on the 26th of last month entered Apple Music’s “Daily Top 100: Global” at 67th place on October 27, before climbing up to 12th place on November 1.
