The new girl group of JYP Entertainment, OURBIRTHDAY, is making its pre-debut.
OURBIRTHDAY will release its first digital single “HUNGRY (SIDE A)” on July 22 at 6 p.m. via various online music sites.
OURBIRTHDAY is a 3-member multinational girl group composed of CHO HYEJIN, BABY, and ACHIRAYA. CHO HYEJIN appeared in the Mnet show “STREET DANCE GIRLS FIGHTER 2” and won 1st place in the finals of the KBS 2TV show “THE DDANDDARA”. BABY highlights her strength in dance, and ACHIRAYA in vocals.
This is the first girl group presented by JYP Entertainment in about 4 years. The group’s name contains the meaning of enjoying every moment as if every day were a birthday, and expressing ordinary daily life with their own colors.
Meanwhile, Innit Entertainment is a subsidiary 100% owned by JYP Entertainment. Park Nam Yong, director of JYP’s performance direction lab, and Yoon Jae Ho, director of JYP’s advertising business department, are the co-representants. Among the agency’s artists are the female duo DODREE, the singer YU, CHO HYEJIN, as well as the actors PARK YOONHO and LEE HYUNJUN.
