ONEWE (Yong hoon, Kang hyun, Harin, Dong Myeong, Giuk) recently posted online the logo motion video of “點·線·面” (point, line, plane) on its official social media, simultaneously revealing its plans for a digital single and a studio album. This video was used as a symbolic element connected to the direction of the new record that the group is preparing.
In the logo motion, within a fantastical atmosphere, the stories of the point (點), the line (線), and the plane (面) appear in turn to form a composition connected in the manner of a book. In this way, the flow of fairy-tale stories pursued by ONEWE is presented in a visually condensed form, reinforcing curiosity around the new project.
According to the schedule revealed through this announcement, ONEWE will present the digital single “線 : THE WAKE” on July 27, before consecutively releasing its 3rd studio album “面 : UNKNOWN ATLAS” on August 19. Attention is focused on the way the concept of the point, the line, and the plane, included in common in the titles of the single and the studio album, will articulate with the upcoming music.
This flow is part of the continuity of the 2nd single “點 : THE QUIVER” published last May.
