The group BIGBANG will hold an event for its 20th debut anniversary on the Han River.
On July 22, Coupang Play is organizing “BIGBANG 20th Anniversary X Han River Collaboration with Coupang Play”. This event will take place on August 19, the day of BIGBANG‘s debut anniversary, at 8 p.m. at the Mulbit Stage in Yeouido Han River Park.
During this show, it is planned to be able to rediscover BIGBANG‘s musical universe by combining the group’s journey with spectacular visual performances. The event was reportedly designed to offer a completely new experience of BIGBANG‘s music, going far beyond simple listening.
On site, various contents intended to maximize emotion will succeed one another without interruption. Starting with a DJ performance reinterpreting their iconic songs and a historical video retracing 20 years of history, impressive media arts visually materializing BIGBANG‘s universe as well as majestic orchestral sounds will add to the immersion.
In addition, a large-scale drone show illuminating the night sky of the Han River and a spectacular fireworks display will top off the whole event, offering fans an unforgettable moment.
In response to the unprecedented fervor demonstrated by fans during the national ticketing for “BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR < XX : COSMOS > IN GOYANG with Coupang Play”, Coupang Play is offering all seats for this preliminary event free of charge.
Furthermore, BIGBANG will hold its Goyang concert for three days, from August 21 to 23, to meet fans. All three dates quickly sold out, and additional seats were opened subsequently. These also sold out at record speed.
