YG Entertainment is holding the “2026 YG Global Audition” until next December.
This is the first time in two years that YG Entertainment is holding a large-scale audition, and YG Entertainment plans to discover next-generation stars who will lead the global music market beyond K-pop.
Eligible applicants are individuals born between 2008 and 2015, and they can apply by choosing the category in which they are most confident among vocal, rap, dance, visual, acting, and special talents.
This audition will take place sequentially starting from last July 19 in Beijing, China, followed by Chengdu, China (July 25), Shanghai (August 1), Shenzhen (August 9), as well as Tokyo, Japan (August 9) and Osaka (September 20), and it is planned to be held from October to December in various regions around the world such as the United States, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
