JUNG DONG HA will meet viewers by appearing as the first guest on “Song Young-joo’s jazz forest (송영주의 재즈 포레스트)” (directed by Hong Soo Hyun), which will air on July 26 on ENA PLAY.
“Song Young-joo’s jazz forest” is a live jazz music talk show bringing together pianist Song Young Joo and various musicians. It is a program that conveys a special musical communion not only through live performances centered on jazz, but also through in-depth musical stories and sincere conversations between artists.
On this day, JUNG DONG HA will present his representative songs “추억은 만남보다 이별에 남아”, “생각이나”, as well as his self-composed song “축하”, newly arranged in a jazz style. Through stages reinterpreted in a different atmosphere from the original songs, he plans to emanate a unique charm while conveying broad musicality and delicate sensitivity.
Then, he will present the jazz masterpiece “Fly me to the moon” live accompanied by an improvisation. He is expected to show another musical side with a stage where authentic jazz sensitivity and remarkable vocal ability merge.
Besides the stage performances, sincere stories about music will also continue. JUNG DONG HA plans to tell the behind-the-scenes stories of arranging his self-composed song “축하” into a jazz version, as well as the musical work process and various anecdotes. Harmonizing naturally with Song Young Joo, he will also sincerely convey his musical concerns and values that were usually difficult to hear, thus creating sympathy with viewers.
