The SEOUL MUSIC FESTIVAL 2019 (SMUF) has taken place on the huge esplanade Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul.
According to the city of Seoul, this is the first time that the SEOUL MUSIC FESTIVAL will allow entertainment people and fans to meet at this special event.
During the SMUF there will be 6 major events: SMUF Legend, SMUF × ZANDARI, The show, K-pop Festival Cover, SMUF Hiphop, SMUF K-pop. Different genres such as dance, ballads, indie and hip-hop will be presented.
In addition to musical events, you can find different stands run by the agencies, such as EVERMORE MUSIC, STX LION HEART, GLOBAL Center K, POLARIS Entertainment… allowing you to come and talk with managers or ceos of each of them. You can also participate in several activities offered by the tourist office of the city and many other things.
KSTATION TV came to spend some time during the day and opening night with the show “SMUF Legend”. A scene that brought together different artists from different universes like DRUNKEN TIGERS and BIZZY, SKULL and HAHA, the singers KASSY and BAEK JIYOUNG, … and kpop groups CIX, ASTRO and NCT DREAM.
During this evening fans of the artists were present and showed their support by waving lighsticks, symbolizing the group they support, with enthusiasm.
The highlight of the evening was cover of the song “Speechless” by singer KASSY who was able to thrill the audience with her powerful voice. And of course the two leading groups ASTRO and NCT DREAM.
The SEOUL MUSIC FESTIVAL is being held for 9 days, until October 6th, allowing you to discover a wide range of Korean music. As well as live experiences with K-stars and the new 5G sensation.
