JACKSON WANG won three awards for his very first album at the 2019 NetEase Cloud Music Awards, as well as a fourth prize for his collaboration with an Indonesian artist.

Today, NetEase Cloud Music announced the final list of winners for its annual awards ceremony. JACKSON WANG won three prizes for his first album “MIRRORS” and a fourth prize for his collaboration with Stephanie Poetri.

For his very first album “MIRRORS“, JACKSON WANG won three prizes at the 2019 NetEase Cloud Music Awards: those of the best-selling digital album of the year, Best pop album of the year and Best Chinese album by year.
JACKSON WANG‘s musical career began in 2014 alongside GOT7. Although he started promoting himself and the group in China from the start, it was not until 2017 that he actively developed his solo musical activities and it was not until October 2019 that he released his very first album. Until then, he had notably released singles (“Fendiman“, “Okay“, “Oxygen“, etc.). On October 25th, 2019, he released “MIRRORS“, his very first digital album consisting of eight tracks. And it was with this very first digital album that he won three prizes at the NetEase Cloud Music Awards 2019. But that’s not all: he also won the prize for Best collaboration of the year thanks to his duet with Stephanie Poetri entitled “I Love You 3000 II” which appears on the album “HEAD IN THE CLOUDS II” of 88rising.

JACKSON WANG is also nominated for the Weibo Night Awards 2019 in two categories: that of Personality of the Year and that of King and Queen. His album “MIRRORS” is currently available on all music streaming platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, iTunes Store, Pandora, Deezer, Google Play and Tidal.
