SNSD‘s HYO YEON received negative public attention when it put up for sale her house, which was revealed during the broadcast.

According to the real estate industry on April 9th, HYOYEON put the 210 square meters of Songdo Art Win Prugio on sale on the 26th of last month.

HYOYEON appeared on the JTBC entertainment program “Star and Direct-Wandering Market” on April 1st to present the house she lives with her parents. At the time of the release, the house, which attracted attention, like a luxurious penthouse, with a wide sea view, would be located at Songdo Art One Prugio.

HYOYEON bought the house in 2012 and its price was estimated at around 1.25 billion won at the time. HYOYEON would have borrowed 900 million won when she bought the apartment and invested 350 million won in the capital.

Audiences are critical of whether HYOYEON presented her home at the show to promote the sale, saying that if the apartment is sold, HYOYEON will earn 1.5 billion won in profits.
