Cube Entertainment has announced its official position on the dispute with LAI KUAN LIN, a former member of the group Wanna One.

“The Seoul High Court on May 19th dismissed an appeal by our artist LAI KUAN LIN against our company,” Cube Entertainment said on May 20th.

LAI KUAN LIN filed an injunction against Cube Entertainment in July of last year in the Seoul Central District Court to suspend the validity of his contract. LAI KUAN LIN claimed that Cube Entertainment transferred its exclusive managing authority for LAI KUAN LIN in China to Ostrich Entertainment in January 2018, and that LAI KUAN LIN and her parents were aware of the contract in April of last year.
