JEON WOONG, a member of AB6IX, has renewed his contract with his agency Brand New Music.
Brand New Music stated today through an official position: “We have renewed the contract with JEON WOONG, the leader and oldest member of AB6IX” and “It is on the basis of deep trust and affection built over a long period of time that we are pursuing a new journey”.
JEON WOONG debuted in 2019 as the main vocalist of the group AB6IX, and has played the role of a central musical axis for the team thanks to his unique voice timbre and stable vocal skills.
In addition, he has shown his presence as a versatile artist by participating not only in group activities but also in various entertainment broadcast contents.
Particularly, JEON WOONG has expanded his musical capabilities through constant writing and composing activities, and has proven his potential as a solo artist with music containing his own color.
Brand New Music conveyed: “It is by highly evaluating JEON WOONG‘s sincerity and passion toward music, as well as his potential for future growth, that we decided to renew the contract” and “We plan to not spare our full support so that JEON WOONG can deploy even wider activities as an artist”.
Furthermore, AB6IX has been in a period of rest since its 7th debut anniversary concert “6IX TO SEVEN” which was held last May, and each member plans to pursue individual activities in various fields in the future.
Brand New Music stated that it plans to actively support the new challenges and activities of the four members, including JEON WOONG, KIM DONG HYUN, PARK WOO JIN, and LEE DAE HWI.
