SM Entertainment, the agency of the group, announced on May 27th that the first mini-album of the unit IRENE and SEULGI, “MONSTER” will be released on the 15th of next month.
The album contains a total of six songs from different genres. SM Entertainment said: “The two members have proven their diverse charms and vocal skills through collaborations, soundtracks and RED VELVET activities. You can expect another color of music with this new album.“
RED VELVET debuted in 2014, making successes such as “Ice cream cake“, “Dumb“, “Russian roulette“, “Picaboo“, “Red flavor“, “Power up” and “Umpah umpah“. “Psycho“, the title track of the reconditioned album “The ReVe Festival-Finale“, which was released late last year, also swept the charts.
