ZICO
Some haters who disseminated false information about the singer ZICO using personal attacks and defamation were summarily charged.
KOZ Entertainment said on June 5th that it had filed a first complaint concerning statements on ZICO in November of last year against people who disseminated false information, sexual harassment, defamation, personal attacks and attack on private life. Following the investigation, some of the authors were summarily charged in recognition of the accusations of having failed to comply with article 311 of the Criminal Code.
The agency added: “The other authors are currently under investigation for violations of the law on the promotion of the use of information and communication networks and the protection of information, and the results of the decision will be made public soon.“
KOZ Entertainment said the second complaint was pending, adding that it would take strict action without agreement or leniency, just like the first.
