An official close to CHO SEUNG YEON told media Hankook ilbo on July 5th: “CHO SEUNG YEON is preparing for a return at the end of June“, adding: “The detailed schedule is currently under development“.
CHO SEUNG YEON debuted as a member of the group UNIQ in 2014 and has been active between Korea and China. Since then, he has performed solo activities under the name of WOODZ.
Last year, he appeared in Mnet’s survival “Produce X 101” and made his debut as a member of X1. However, the program was suspended due to controversy over the manipulation of votes and announced a new start as a solo artist.
