Today, June 6th, Koreans celebrate the 65th HYEONCHUNGIL.

HYEONCHUNGIL is a celebration held since 1956 to pay homage to Korean men and women who died during the Korean War and other wars and battles. This day a ceremony is performed at the Seoul National Cemetery and at 10 am a siren sounds throughout the country, at that time the Koreans are invited to say a prayer for 1 minute for the memory of these men and women.
