The seventh hearing, will be held today June 10th, on the charges of indecent assault by KIM HIMCHAN (30 years old), B.A.P‘s former member.
The Seoul Central District Court will hold its seventh hearing in the case of KIM HIMCHAN, who has been charged with indecent assault.
KIM HIMCHAN is suspected of forcing a woman in her twenties into a boarding house in Joan-myeon, Namyangju, Gyeonggi province, on July 24th, 2018.
KIM HIMCHAN and A have made contradictory statements since the police investigation. While A claimed to have been “forced”, KIM HIMCHAN continued his legal battle by denying the charges, claiming that they “had mutual consent”.
Since then, KIM HIMCHAN has sued A on blackmail charges in August last year, and police have sent him to the prosecution, taking a new turn in the case.
KIM HIMCHAN got his start as a member of the idol group B.A.P. in 2012 and gained popularity. However, his contract with his agency TS Entertainment expired in February last year and the group was disbanded.
