Afraid you missed something ? Here’s a little sumup about BTOB activity of past week.
Another week full of content for Melodies (BTOB fandom name), mostly with the leader, SEO EUN KWANG, promoting his very first solo album.
Before starting, let’s remember here all the informations about BTOB‘s members and their military services:
SEO EUN KWANG : enlisted on 2018 August, 21st, discharged on 2020 April, 7th
LEE CHANG SUB : enlisted on 2019 January, 19th, to be discharged on 2020 August, 21st
LEE MIN HYUK : enlisted on 2019 February, 7th, to be discharged on 2020 September, 12th
LIM HYUN SIK : enlisted on 2020 May, 11th, to be discharged in 2021 November, 14th
YOOK SUNG JAE : enlisted on 2020 May, 11th, to be discharged in 2021 November, 14th
JUNG IL HOON : enlisted on 2020 May, 28th, to be discharged in 2022 February, 27th
Here is the sumup of past week.
Monday, June 15th
A picture has been published, showing SEO EUN KWANG from the back, sitting on a chair next to an empty chair and staring at the foret. The caption said “Walk in the forest”.
In the same day, new pictures have been publised on SEO EUN KWANG’s Instagram account showing the concept of the album. The leader also appeared on several pictures with the KPOP band ONEWE.
Finally, to complete this day, SEO EUN KWANG was invited on the radio show YOUNGSTREET RADIO where fans did learn that the leader got selected for a Musical that will be cheerful and where he will show the new himself.

Tuesday, June 16th
SEO EUN KWANG has been nominated on THE SHOW for his song “No one knows” where he, sadly, didn’t win since he arrived at the third place.
He has also been invited to the radio show “Jung Eunji’s pop-song parade” of KBS studios.
YOOK SUNG JAE has passed his completion ceremony, starting now his military service.
In the same day, fans could see a new picture of one of the BTOB rappers, JUNG IL HOON, in his army uniform.
Wednesday, June 17th
Cube Entertainment announced the very first solo concert of SEO EUN KWANG that will happen online due to Covid-19.
The singer has also been invited in the radio show LATENIGHT IDOL RADIO from KBS studios. He talked about the reason why he chose “No one knows” rather than “Dear my dear“ as a title song. He also talked about his 12h live video with his fans, at the end of his military service.
A teaser has been published for the upcoming participation of SEO EUNKWANG in FANVENIENCE STORE.
Just like every wednesdays and thursdays, a new episode of THE MYSTIC POP UP BAR got release. It is the drama with YOOK SUNG JAE available on Netflix.
BEATCOM 111 has been released on the official Youtube channel of BTOB.
Thursday, June 18th
The song “Only one for me” from BTOB has 2 years!
JTBC Studios published an MV where we see YOOK SUNG JAE singing the OST of THE MYSTIC POP UP BAR : “Love resembles memories”.
Meanwhile, the vocalist LEE CHANG SUB appeared on a new video (few seconds at the end of the video) from the SEOUL NATIONAL CEMETERY.
On the same day, another band of CUBE Entertainment, PENTAGON, who was on final for the show ROAD TO KINGDOM, did sing a cover of “It’s okay“ from BTOB.
SEO EUN KWANG from BTOB is a nominee for the “2020 SORIBADA BEST K-MUSIC AWARDS” in the category “Male Popularity Awards”.
Friday, June 19th
SEO EUN KWANG has been interviewed on STAR K. Fans learned that SEO EUN KWANG and YOOK SUNG JAE were in the same neighbourghood when they were young. The interview happens in 4 parts where the singer tells few anecdotes.
BTOB leader also had some hair extension, what was a big surprise for his fans.
SEO EUN KWANG has news from LIM HYUN SIK, who’s training at the army is lasting for one more week. He fastly gave the news to the fans who were impatient to know if the star is doing well during his military practice, since the singer did appear on only 2 pictures since May 11th, the day he enlisted.
The leader has also been invited to the radio show LOVE GAME RADIO from SBS Studios. He did share new anecdotes, such as his nickname at school or who’s the member he is currently missing the most. He also said that him, PENIEL, LEE CHANG SUB and LEE MIN HYUK, who will leave the army soon, have some projects for promoting BTOB.
He has also been invited to K-HOMEFEAST where he shown up with SF-9.
Sunday, June 21st
To end up this week, during a VIDEO CALL EVENT, SEO EUN KWANG announced that as soon as he would end his conversation with the fan he was talking to, he would go outside and eat with PENIEL and LEE MIN HYUK, out for the weekend even while he is still serving.
PENIEL posted a comment on his Twitter account that he went to the gym with SEO EUN KWANG, what surprised the fan since the leader has not been practising workouts a lot before his military service.
Fans are waiting with a lot of impatience for the BTOB comeback, what should happen in 2022, exactly 10 years after their debuts on stage.
