KIM SOOCHAN: Madness for “Hip”
KIM SOOCHAN has released a teaser of the music video for his new song “Hip“, which will be released on Saturday at 12 noon today, via the official SNS of his agency Music K Entertainment, raising expectations for his return in two days.
The published video teaser shows people dancing to the beat of electronic music (EDM) heard somewhere. In particular, Jin Sung, Kim Hee Jae and Jeong Dong Won, who participated in “Mr. Trot” together, in the middle of the video, appear dancing with KIM SOOCHAN, adding to the curiosity about the energy they will provide in the main MV of the clip.
The clip for the new song “Hip” caught the eye even before the shooting, with special appearances by Jin Sung, Jung Dong Won and Kim Hee Jae. In particular, Jin Sung showed a particular love for his juniors by appearing with KIM SOOCHAN in “Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant” of KBS2 and “Traveling market” of JTBC. Rumor has it that he readily accepted KIM SOOCHAN‘s offer to shoot a clip for his new song and showed his affection.
Their new song, “Hip“, which is more anticipated due to their special appearance, is the first song from the Banana Girl Project released in 2003 and a remake of “Hip“, written by Bang Si Hyuk, the best composer in the country. The sound based on electronic dance music is added to a trot that induces excitement of KIM SOOCHAN, creating a dance-trot song that can be easily sung by men and women of all ages.
KIM SOO CHAN plans to announce its activities through a showcase at Ilji Art Hall in Cheongdam tomorrow before the release of his new song “Hip“.
