In March, THE ROSE filed an injunction against its agency J&Star Company to suspend its exclusivity contract, informing it of the termination of its exclusive contract, citing an unpaid settlement, breach of trust and breach of its exclusive contract, but this was rejected by the court.
In this regard, we are currently in mediation through the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board and we would like to resolve the current situation smoothly through future proceedings between the parties.
