Group BTS‘ “Dynamite” music video has surpassed 600 million views.

The music video for BTS‘s digital single “Dynamite,” which was released at 1 pm on August 21st, surpassed 600 million views around 12:01 am on November 17th. It recorded 500 million views on October 20th, thus 100 million views in about 27 days.
This marks the 9th MV to surpass 600 million views of a BTS music video following “DNA“, “Boy with luv, Feat. Halsey”, “Fake love“, “Idol“, “MIC Drop” remix, “Fire“, “Blood sweat tears” and “Dope.”
BTS‘s ‘Dynamite‘ is a caring song unique to BTS that wants to deliver a message of vitality and hope during these trying times. With a bright and exciting pop disco genre, the music video features retro props, costumes, and backgrounds using colorful flashy colors.
Shortly after its release, the music video for “Dynamite” not only set YouTube Premier View records with over 3 million simultaneous users, but also recorded 101 million views in 24 hours, which was recognized as the new record for “most views in 24 hours” in YouTube video clip history.
Importantly, BTS became the first Korean group to reach the top of the US Billboard Hot 100 chart (as of September 5) thanks to “Dynamite”. It has been at the top of the charts for over 10 weeks.
Currently, BTS has a total of 26 billion views on its music videos.
