A young man of many talents who excels in the art of dance.
Taeyang alias Yoo Taeyang 유태양 is part of the maknae line (the youngests), he is one of the main dancers and one of the vocalist of SF9; composed of YOUNGBIN, INSEONG, JAEYOON, DAWON, ROWOON, ZUHO, TAEGYANG, HWIYOUNG and CHANI; group of FNC Entertainment. The young man was born in Seoul on February 28, 1997, he has a great passion for dance and also enjoys walking and playing guitar or piano. Moreover, he is a person who takes great care of his appearance and especially of what he wears, he loves fashion. Kai (Kim Jongin) and D.O (DO Kyungsoo) of EXO are his two models in the world of music, we can see several similarities in his style of dance with that of Kai.
Not only does the young man excel in the art of dance but also in singing. Indeed, the voice of Taeyang is unique, like every member of the band, every song he sings whether it is that of the SF9 or other artists he always puts his personal touch, which we recognize immediately, and above all a great emotion in all simplicity and naturally.
In addition to singing, the young man has shown us many and many times all his grace, his talent in the art of dance. Indeed, he is one of the best dancers of the group even if all members have very great dance skills. It has its own style of dance and also easily adapts to many styles like modern jazz, a more urban or even contemporary side. Taeyang has often offered Fantasy (fans of SF9) numerous videos where he performs on various music, covers and especially where he shows us his talents as a choreographer.
The young man did not, like Chani or Rowoon, play in several dramas or films but he has no less skills in acting. Indeed, we could see it in ‘Click your heart’ (2016) and recently in ‘Was it Love? ‘ (2020) or in the mini-parodies that he and the other members of the SF9 have made various dramas such as ‘Goblin’. Who knows we may see him in more dramas later.
Taeyang and his many talents have not finished impressing us and making us dream whether with his band or with his dance and cover videos. If you want to follow him on social networks and especially on instagram where he posts several photos and videos of his daily life as well as professional, you will find him under the nickname ‘taeyang_0228’.
On October 5th, SF9 gave the Fantasy a beautiful song and clip, ‘손잡아 줄게 (Shine Together)’ to thank them for always being so present and giving them full of love from the beginning. In addition, Taeyang released a cover of Jeremy Zucker’s song ‘Comethru’.
