BGYO: The New Filipino Group

Discover the new Filipino group, BGYO.

Made up of 5 members GELO, AKIRA, JL, MIKKI and NATE, the group BGYO is a group of Filipino boys which debuts with the title “The light“. In this title the boys sing in Filipino and English, the pop title speaks about empowerment, hope, and self-love.

Their track “The light” released on January 29th largely exceeded one million views on the group’s official channel, which suggests a good future for the band. Members have been using social networks for a while to promote themselves, you can already find dance competitions, interviews or even TV shows on their SNS.

Launched by Star Hunt Academy and then led by Star Magic Philippines, the 5 boys were spotted in 2018 to finally debut in 2021. The group hopes to become international singers like their Korean idols.
