IKON: The trial of « SILENT OF IDOL »!
This March 13th, 2021, the group IKON made an appearance on the YouTube channel MUPLY. Its goal? To win the right to take a little nap.
The day before, a small teaser video was released where we could see the members making a small joke to BOBBY who tried to attract the public to watch « SILENT OF IDOL », the group passing after groups such as: ATEEZ, CIX and IZ*ONE, who held the record of minutes for a good nap.
An announcement that amused the fans of the group where one of them wrote under the video:
« The word “silence” does not exist in the dictionary of IKON, especially June lmao he is the loudest person »
It is true that the band is not known to be the quietest people in the world, IKONIC (name of their fans) must remember this live where the members had been interrupted by a neighbor displeased with the noise they were making.
The episode is cut in two parts. One is the mission and the other, if fans want, is a video showing the boys sleeping from all angles.
In the 14-minutes episode, we see them arrive in almost childlike pajamas, although SONG was for a short time the victim of banter from the other members because compared to the others, his pajamas looked “old-fashoned”.
They soon realized that the show was for “ASMR” purposes, testing them on their ability to reproduce their choreography silently in the “night” mode. Although BOBBY tried to negotiate dancing without shoes… A matter that was settled at the dance… Which they lost.
There’s no denying the boys were having a blast when it was daytime, belting out the lyrics to their song « Why, why, why », their latest single. But when they switched to “night” mode, the boys danced in a tense manner with facial expressions that amused the audience behind the screens.
One fan laughed so much that he asked the channel if there was a possibility to have the passages focused on the faces of the members, who seemed to find the exercise complex.
Of course, we are not going to add anything more to let you enjoy an excellent moment of entertainment, the group does not disappoint anyone with an appearance as funny as refreshing.
The second video lets you enjoy the sleep of the band who worked hard to get their precious minutes of sleep on a soothing lullaby background.
The group is back with their latest single « Why, why, why » available since March 3, the video now gathering 14 million views. And they will also be featured in the show « KINGDOM: LEGENDARY WAR » this April 1, 2021.
