The teaser for LIGHTSUM’s “Vanilla” music video has exceeded 150,000 views.
The teaser for the music video for the first single “Vanilla” released at midnight today surpassed 150,000 views on YouTube as of 1 pm that same day, proving the potential of a mega rookie.
Earlier, LIGHTSUM released audio clips, raising expectations for the all-time “Early summer song” and new girl group from Cube Entertainment.
Fans around the world who watched the video show off explosive reactions such as “Here’s a new K-POP monster”, “Booking hit songs this summer” and “It’s hard to wait for the debut”.
Its first single “Vanilla” was composed and arranged by Steave Lee who worked on the Marvel films “In memories“, “Nonstop” and “Secret garden” by Oh My Girl, as well as by the Swedish singer-songwriter. Caroline Gusta, who has worked for SNSD, AOA and GFRIEND. It’s a song involving prominent lyricists at home and abroad, like J. Littlewood.
“LIGHTSUM” is a new girl group that Cube Entertainment introduces after about three years, consisting of eight members, SANGAH, CHOWON, NAYOUNG, HINA, JUHYEON, YUJEONG, HUIYEON and JIAN.
LIGHTSUM’s first single “Vanilla” will be released on various online music sites at 6pm on June 10th.
