KIM SUNG KYU, who was (and still is) the leader of the group INFINITE, will join Kim Yong Jun, member of the vocal group “SG Wannabe”.
Kim Yong Jun’s agency Double H Tne said on June 14, “We recently decided to welcome KIM SUNG KYU, after a long discussion. We will provide him with full support in many ways.”
Double H Tne is a subsidiary of global IT companies NHN and MLD Entertainment. Kim Yong Jun and new actor Lee Sang Jun are among them. KIM SUNG KYU is therefore the new arrival in this agency.
KIM SUNG KYU made his debut as a member of the group INFINITE in 2010 and has enjoyed great popularity as a frontman and lead singer. He has since performed solo activities and appeared in several musicals. In March, his contract with his former agency Woollim Entertainment expired.
KIM SUNG KYU has been chosen to play Wolha in the musical “Gwanghwamun Sonata”, which will debut at the Seoul Arts Center Opera Theater in July.
