JYP Entertainment, 2PM’s agency, has announced its position on the length of member contracts.
JYP Entertainment told Star News Media on December 15th, “The length of the contract was different for each member when it was renewed, for CHAN SUNG it is coming to an end soon. The rest of the members (Jun K, Nichkhun, Woo Young, Jun Ho) still have a lot of contract period“.
Earlier, HWANG CHAN SUNG said in a handwritten letter that his girlfriend is currently in the early stages of pregnancy and that he is planning to get married early next year. At the same time, he said his contract with JYP Entertainment will expire in January of next year.

2PM member OK TAEC YEON also left JYP Entertainment in 2018 and signed an exclusive contract with 51K. However, the activities of 2PM still take place with JYP Entertainment.
