NMIXX: The new group of JYP which will sweep the others

JYP Entertainment has revealed the name of its new girl group which will be ambitiously premiering in February.

JYP Entertainment officially announced the name and unveiled the group’s logo after the video for “[NMIXX] NICE TO MIXX YOU” was released on its official channel and SNS.

The video, which welcomes K-pop fans around the world by adding “MIXX” in the phrase “Nice to MIXX (meet) you,” which expresses the excitement of the first meeting, complements the group name “NMIXX” .

“NMIXX” is a combination of the letter “N” meaning “Now”, “New”, “Next” and the unknown n, and the word “MIX” symbolizing diversity, meaning “the best combination to take responsibility for the new era“. The group is expected to create a new wave in the music industry by combining various charms like water droplets that come together as one.

JYP Entertainment will introduce their 7-member girl group “NMIXX” three years after ITZY, consisting of JINNI, JIWOO, KYUJIN, SULLYOON, BAE, HAEWON, and LILY.
