LE SSERAFIM, “HYBE’s First Girl Group,” will open an official community on Weverse, a global fandom platform, today.
LE SSERAFIM, the first girl group launched in cooperation with HYBE and its affiliate label Source Music, unveiled the name of the group for the first time through the animated logo film at midnight on March 28. “LE SSERAFIM” is an anagram of the expression “IM FEARLESS“, expressing self-confidence and the strong will to move forward without fear without being influenced by the gaze of the world.
LE SSERAFIM will open a Weverse community at 6 p.m. KST today and visit fans around the world who have been waiting for their debut. They will take a step closer to fans by releasing various media content through the Weverse community in the future, and are expected to do special projects just for Weverse members.
THE SSERAFIM is set to debut in May. LE SSERAFIM‘s debut is attracting attention as it is the first girl group launched by HYBE, which was joined by SAKURA MIYAWAKI and KIM CHAEWON and elevated BTS as a world-class artist. As if to represent this interest, the film with the logo movement released on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel at midnight on the 28th received explosive responses, racking up around 300,000 views within nine hours of its release.
