Today, August 15, ATEEZ released a new show, « WANTEEZ », on its YouTube channel.
After releasing on August 14, a wildly breathless teaser for its new variety show, ATEEZ presented the first episode of the latter named « WANTEEZ » today. This new horror-themed variety show is heavily inspired by the Netflix horror drama « All of us are dead ». The eight ATEEZ members (HONGJOONG, SEONGHWA, YUNHO, YEOSANG, SAN, MINGI, WOOYOUNG, JONGHO) return to the shoes of high school students to face up to a zombie invasion.
In this first episode, ATEEZ members discover their new school in a very sporting way. YUNHO, the curious high school student, HONGJOONG, the TEEZ high school trainee, WOOYOUNG, the absentee musician, SAN, the head of the village’s son, MINGI, the popular high school student, JONGHO, the athlete from the capital, SEONGHWA, the king of school and YEOSANG the new student president, meet their new classmates and teacher during a frantic race to get to class on time.
For this first episode, the members rediscover the life of traditional high school students, but it turns out to be more difficult than expected. ATINYs (fandom’s name) will be able to follow the adventures of these new high school students every Monday at 8 p.m. KST on the group’s YouTube channel.
Along with this new show, ATEEZ is participating in the second season of the « Real NOW » variety show. In the latter, ATEEZ members, who went on holiday to Gangwon-do, must overcome many challenges to get the break they expect. The show, whose first two episodes are already available, airs every Thursday at 11 p.m. KST on NAVER NOW’s platform.
Finally, fans will be able to see ATEEZ on stage in Los Angeles on August 20 at KCON LA 2022.
