Hybe President Bang Si Hyuk and the group SEVENTEEN have been recognized for their role as bridges in cultural exchange between Korea, Asia and the United States.

President Bang Si Hyuk and SEVENTEEN received the “Building K-cultural Bridges: Culture Ambassador Award” at the “LA3C” festival held at the Museum in Los Angeles on December 9 (local time).
LA3C is a festival organized by Penske Media Corporation, which is affiliated with major American music media such as Billboard and Rolling Stone. President Bang Si Hyuk and SEVENTEEN shared the “Culture Promotion Ambassador Award” in recognition of their role as a bridge between cultural exchanges between Asia and the United States, such as Korea, through kpop and other events on the first day of this year’s festival.
Chairman Bang Si Hyuk said in his acceptance speech, “I think it’s support for Hybe’s efforts to introduce various cultural content based on music and artists to fans around the world, and I feel responsible for creating better quality music and content.”
SEVENTEEN said, “For several months this year, we have been working with fans while touring various locations, including Seoul, the United States, Canada, Southeast Asia, and Japan. felt that we were united by music, regardless of culture and language. We are happy and proud that SEVENTEEN can also play a role in expanding exchanges between different cultures.“

SEVENTEEN performed solo for about an hour on the main stage of the “LA3C” festival at Los Angeles State Historical Park on December 10.
