NEWJEANS captivated with its performance.

On December 28, NEWJEANS appeared at an award ceremony in the land of the rising sun and performed its debut song “Attention”. This is the first time that NEWJEANS has appeared on a Japanese TV show and performed on stage.

NEWJEANS performed the scene of “Attention” perfectly, exuding a refreshing feeling unique to the group. After the performance, NEWJEANS said, “This year has been the beginning of NEWJEANS, full of challenges and joy“, and expressed its feelings for 2023, “We want to grow and learn more as a team and as an individual , and challenge various things.”

The song “Ditto” from NEWJEANS’ single “OMG” released on December 19 topped the weekly charts of national music sites Melon, Bugs and Genie (the aggregation period from December 19 to 25) and ranked 17th on the Billboard charts and 36th on the Global 200 for the week of December 31.
