PURPLE KISS (Na Goeun, Dosie, Ireh, Yuki, Chaein, Swan) announced its comeback today by releasing the “logo motion” video for its fifth mini album “CABIN FEVER” on their official SNS. The video captured attention as purple kisses and the new installment’s logo appeared one after another in the background of the hotel lobby and hallway with an antique feel. In a gloomy and mysterious atmosphere, a sound effect that seems to open the door with a key was inserted following the previous work, arousing curiosity.
PURPLE KISS‘ comeback is the first in about seven months since its fourth mini album “GEEKYLAND” released in July last year. Those who established a unique domain within the fourth generation by introducing sharp concepts for each album such as zombies and monsters are determined to further expand its vision of the “Pucky Witch” world through the new opus.
PURPLE KISS, which debuted in March 2021, directly participated in the composition, writing the lyrics and creating the choreographies, also possessing excellent vocal and performance skills, and obtained the qualifier “balance idol“. In particular, the previous title track “Nerdy” was selected as “Best K-Pop Track of 2022” by famous British magazine DAZED, proving the rapid growth of PURPLE KISS.
