MYUNG SOO, SUNG YEOL: Two members of INFINITE in the same drama

KIM MYUNG SOO (stage name L) and LEE SUNG YEOL, members of second-generation K-pop group INFINITE, will both be participating in MBC’s new drama “넘버스:빌딩숲의 감시자들, Numbers” whose broadcast is scheduled for the first half of this year.

According to MBC and their management agency Management 2sang on February 9, the two actors will appear as Jang Ho Woo, a high school accountant who joined Taeil Accounting Firm, a major accounting firm in Korea, and Shim Hyung Woo, director of Deal Part.

Jang Ho Woo, played by KIM MYUNG SOO, is the only high school accountant in Taeil Accounting Corporation with excellent memory, excellent observation, and a natural sense of numbers that accountants need, as well as excellent adaptability. KIM MYUNG SOO will realistically portray Jang Ho Woo in his debut work “Numbers” after being discharged from the military.

Shim Hyung Woo, played by LEE SUNG YEOL, is an ambitious character who does everything to succeed. LEE SUNG YEOL also plans to show off his transformation as an actor through “Numbers.”

“Numbers” is the first work that highlights the world of accounting firms and accountants, and features Jang Ho Woo, a high school graduate accountant, achieving justice against the absurdity of a giant accounting firm.

KIM MYUNG SOO, LEE SUNG YEOL, and other actors like Choi Jin Hyuk rounded out the cast as Han Seung Jo, the only son of the vice president of Taeil Accounting Corporation.

“Numbers” is set to air in the first half of this year.
