The entertainment agency MODHAUS, to which the group TRIPLES belongs, is taking measures against malicious comments.

On December 23, MODHAUS announced through an official statement:
“We are currently closely monitoring malicious posts targeting our affiliated artists, shared online and on social media.”
The agency also specified that it will further strengthen the management of defamation offenses, warning: “We will respond firmly to malicious defamations, the spread of false information, personal attacks, and reputational damage, and there will be no leniency or agreements, alongside legal action.”
Furthermore, MODHAUS counts among its artists the group TRIPLES, as well as IDTT and ARTMS.

“Hello. This is MODHAUS.
MODHAUS is currently conducting meticulous monitoring to eradicate posts containing malicious defamations, the spread of false information, personal attacks, and reputational damage targeting our affiliated artists, on the Internet and social media.
In particular, regarding the crime of defamation, according to paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code, it is a serious offense punishable by up to five years of imprisonment, up to ten years of suspension of rights, or a fine of up to ten million won, which is why we are further strengthening our management.
MODHAUS will respond firmly to malicious defamations, the spread of false information, personal attacks, and reputational damage, and emphasizes that there will be no leniency or agreements, alongside legal action.
MODHAUS reaffirms its promise to do everything possible to protect its affiliated artists.
