The group ATEEZ unveils a special stage created at Deoksugung Palace, a first for a K-pop idol group.

ATEEZ will appear on KBS2’s broadcast “Immortal Songs” airing on October 31 and present stages for “Bad” and “Drip”.
The 778th episode of KBS2’s “Immortal Songs”, which will air on October 31, will consist of Part 2 of the “2026 Royal Culture Festival” special. This special covers the show that was held at Heungnyemun Square in Gyeongbokgung Palace to celebrate the opening of the Autumn Royal Culture Festival. “Immortal Songs”, which has continued its broadcast past 700 episodes, brought together singers from various genres in one place during this special.
In Part 1 broadcast on October 24, HONEY J, XIKERS, SEO EUN KWANG and LEE MIN HYUK of BTOB, PARK JI HYUN, HUH YONG BYUL, SONG GA IN, LAPOEM, as well as Kim Young-im appeared. In Part 2, KIM CHANG WAN BAND, LYN, LEE SEUNG GI, BOYNEXTDOOR, NMIXX, and ATEEZ will take the stage. PARK JI HYUN, who appeared in Part 1, will also present a show once more.
While Part 1 centered on the palace, joy, singing, and soul under the theme “The palace awakens art”, Part 2 is structured around style, light, and art. In particular, ATEEZ is known to be the very first among K-pop idols to have created a special show at Deoksugung Palace. They selected “Bad”, which recently attracted attention, as well as their new song “Drip” to present their performance.
Stages from other K-pop groups will also be unveiled. NMIXX will perform “Blue Valentine” and “Heavy serenade”. NMIXX’s stage recorded 3.9 million views solely with the fancam video published ahead of the broadcast. BOYNEXTDOOR prepared three songs: “Knock knock knock”, “Animal”, and “Adios!”.
LEE SEUNG GI will sing “다 줄 거야”, “잊지마, 기억해, 늦지마”, and “결혼해줄래”. LYN selected “시간을 거슬러” and “동백 아가씨”. PARK JI HYUN will present a stage combining Na Hoon-a’s “삶” as well as “못난 놈”, “쓰리랑”, and “망부석”. KIM CHANG WAN BAND will make their representative songs heard, such as “너의 의미”, “회상”, and “사랑해”.
Collaboration stages between singers are also prepared. In Part 1 broadcast previously, traditional singer Kim Young-im and crossover group LAPOEM sang “아리랑” and “손에 손잡고” together. In this Part 2, LEE SEUNG GI and LYN will join their voices on “되돌리다”. At Heungnyemun Square in Gyeongbokgung Palace where the show was held, a video staging using media facade was also added.
Part 2 of the “Immortal Songs – 2026 Royal Culture Festival” special will be broadcast on October 31 at 6:05 PM KST on KBS2.
