Group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) reached the top of the US Billboard charts with its 10th mini album “FML”.
According to the latest ranking released by US music media Billboard on May 9 (local time), “FML” ranked second on the main album chart, “Billboard 200”, and topped the “Best Selling Albums”, “Current Best Selling Albums,” and “World’s Album.”
As a result, a fifth SEVENTEEN album was ranked on the “Billboard 200” chart, following its 8th mini album “YOUR CHOICE“, its 9th mini album “ATTACCA”, its 4th full album “FACE THE SUN” and its 4th full repack album. “SECTOR 17“, reaching the top of the “Billboard 200”, “Top 10” chart for three consecutive albums.
Additionally, SEVENTEEN accelerated the march of a “Career High” by topping the “Artist 100” chart for the first time since their debut.
SEVENTEEN became the only artist to sell over 3 million copies on the first day of the album’s release with “FML”, and set a new record for the highest initial sales in K-pop’s history with 4,552.14 initial sales (record sales for a week after release).
