(G)I-DLE: Victory during the show “The show”

Group (G)I-DLE topped the list along with its comeback.

During SBS M’s “The Show,” which aired on May 23, (G)I-DLE performed the comeback scene for its new song “Queencard.”

Ahead of the comeback stage, (G)I-DLE members YUQI and SHUHUA raised expectations onstage by showing part of the choreography for “Queencard” in the corner “SEL_Flex,” saying, “Everyone world becomes a queen“.

That day, (G)I-DLE grabbed attention by showing off its colorful and sophisticated visuals with colorful costumes and makeup. In particular, (G)I-DLE showed a more intense performance and relaxed stage manners as if to assuage fans’ disappointment.

(G)I-DLE’s SOYEON, who won first place, said, “Neverland, we worked hard during this promotion, thank you so much for always supporting us and giving us a great award. (G)I -DLE will work harder. We will do our best for the rest of our business, so be healthy and live happily.”

(G)I-DLE‘s new song “Queencard” is a song that carries the message that what’s important is to “accept yourself” just as you are, minus the looks.

(G)I-DLE made their comeback with new album “I FEEL” on May 15th and immediately after its release, they became a global group by charting number one in 18 regions, including Singapore, Turkey, Mexico and Thailand. Additionally, as of the 21st, it surpassed 1,163,300 initial sales, reaching a “Career High”, ranking fourth in the girl group’s initial sales.

The title track “Queencard” also topped national music charts such as Melon, Genie, Bugs, Vibe and Flo concurrently with its release. Immediately after its release, the music video and performance video of “Queencard” ranked first and second in YouTube popularity videos, proving the strong interest.

(G)I-DLE will continue its promotional activities with “Queencard”. Additionally, the 2023 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY] will take place from the Seoul performance on June 17-18.
