Singer SEOKHONG captures the captain’s warm sensibility in his new song.
Culture People Co., Ltd. SEOKHONG’s new single “기장 (with 아롬)” will be released on the online music site at noon today.
“기장” is a ballad about SEOKHONG’s memories of being comforted in his hometown of Gijang. SEOKHONG is responsible for writing, composing and arranging the lyrics so that listeners can vividly experience the smell of the small fishing village of Gijang and the sea. In addition, “기장” will bring special sensitivity to the listeners by combining the sweet tone of singer Arom.
Ahead of the release of “기장,” SEOKHONG said, “If you have a memory of taking something away or throwing it away, I hope you go to Gijang,” adding, “I hope it will be music that will remind a place where you can feel ‘comfort’ for a while.”
SEOKHONG is a producer and artist who debuted with the double singles “Little Things” and “망원경” last year. Since then, he has released music sources such as “사진사” and “잠수부” to promote his own musical color with familiar and comfortable melodies and sympathetic lyrics.
