SF9: ROWOON leaves the group

Singer and actor ROWOON leaves the group SF9.

According to agency FNC Entertainment, ROWOON of the group SF9, who debuted in 2016 and has been an artist for seven years, ended his first contract on September 18. SF9, whose members have already renewed their contracts with FNC Entertainment, will be reorganized into an eight-member system without ROWOON.

ROWOON will focus on acting and other personal activities. FNC Entertainment said, “Although the direction of our activities is different, ROWOON and the other eight members, who will always remain SF9 as a 9-member boy group, will support each other and do their best on their own path to show good performances to their fans.”

ROWOON appears on JTBC’s “이 연애는 불가항력“, which began its first broadcast on the 23rd of last month. The next movie he will star in that will air is KBS 2TV’s “혼례대첩” in October.
