The VICTORY COMPANY group NTX unveils its very first album, entitled «ODD HOUR».

Composed of members HYEONGJIN, YUNHYEOK, JAEMIN, CHANGHUN, HOJUN, RAWHYUN, EUNHO, and SEONGWON, the group made its debut in 2020, having to its credit a mini-album, a music card, and four digital singles. It was during a showcase held in Seoul that NTX returned to the stage, for this important comeback in its career. Indeed, this first album has fourteen tracks, carried by the main song “Holy Grail”.
The showcase begins with the broadcast of a VCR, and a photo shoot before the members take the time to present this comeback. The group is actually made up of nine members, with JISEONG not taking part in promotions, as he is part of the survival group T.A.N. Concerning the title song, it draws its source from one of the pioneering groups of K-pop; SHINHWA. The group’s goal is to make its fans feel strong emotions, in order to allow them to no longer feel anxiety, while knowing that the group actively participated in the writing and composition of this album.
When discussing the other sources of inspiration for the album, the members respond old school, affirming their hard work for this comeback, oriented towards the sensuality of the singers. During the photo shoot, everyone had the opportunity to highlight the part of their body that they prefer, whether it be a shaved eyebrow, a well-defined jawline, or even the bridge of the nose. Although the preparations for this album were not easy, as the last comeback was a year ago, the boys are all very happy to be standing on stage on this day.

A short medley is also presented so that the group tells us a little more about this album, therefore responding to the name “ODD HOUR”. We really feel the old scool atmosphere in the song “Drop that”, written by CHANGHUN. As the sub-title, we find the track “친구라서”, softer than the previous songs. Other songs fit into this alignment, like “Subway” for example. Other titles include “New slay”, “Movement”, “Free day”, “Switch”, “기억”, “Scream”, “Deep”, “Monopolize”, “달의 일기”, and “이대로”. Regarding the other styles, we can discover hip-hop, ballads, EDM, soul, something to please everyone listening to this album.
This is followed by the broadcast of the MV for “Drop that”, plunging us into a neon-tinted cyber punk universe, the members shining throughout the clip. They then perform the associated song, their energy highlighted by their live singing and rapping. After answering a few questions from the reporters, the group left the stage to begin a new, long-awaited promotional period.
The words of our reporter: “It’s a comeback that I really appreciated, especially since the MV makes it all the more captivating! »
